Good price, good performance

No premium accommodation, but clean and uncluttered. Just right for 1-2 days. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. On the bed there were three different pillows, which I thought was good, because everyone then sleeps a little differently.

I expressed everything in the message

Good evening. premised that I did not stay in the hotel, but I had a bad experience, I was traveling by car with my family, I booked through booking, and being late for traffic, I called the structure making sure that they could welcome me, (the person at the reception did not speak good English) but assured me that they were open. arrived I found everything closed, being without internet I tried to call but nothing, I had to find another hotel. the next day I contacted clarifying everything they told me that the keys were in an adjacent box, for me not easy to locate, however they had told me that they did not charge me the cost. instead differently after 15 days I found myself loaded the entire price of the accommodation. in my opinion unprofessional and insincere. I can understand as a manager a penalty but the whole amount seems absurd.
