Newly opened in 2018, this modern hotel in central Berlin is within a 5-10 minute walk from the Potsdamer Platz square. It offers bright, stylish rooms and very good transport connections.

Beautiful hotel, good location, good service

ROOM: pretty, clean, well-equipped: safe, hairdryer, Nespresso, kettle, basic toiletries; large shower with pressure and hot water without issue - very quiet on the courtyard side! Downside: no fridge and not very spacious (for ours) but with some organization, we manage nonetheless. (we do not travel light!)
BREAKFAST: Perfect, everyone will find their happiness (just missing French pancakes)! Large pleasant room, beautiful presentation of the buffet.
LOCATION: very well situated 15 minutes on foot from Potsdamer Platz, where you can organize a day of sightseeing entirely on foot. Metro 10 minutes away for the rest of the visits.
*** THE MEGA +: Must choose this if you are coming by car. SECURE PRIVATE parking 15 meters away. I advise you to book (25€/night in 2026)

A few steps on the same sidewalk: I recommend a good family restaurant: DALMACIJA GRILL: good, hearty, nice, reasonably priced for Berlin (example in 2026: Goulash 17.70€ - dish of 4 meats with sides and salad 19€ - Beer 50cl 5.50€ / 30cl 4.00€

Hotel really needs to work on their laundry. We received stained and torn towels and the sheets also had stains. We asked for room cleaning and the sheets were not replaced the first time.
When we explicitly asked for new sheets we received them, but they also had dust/stains on the pillow cases.
Room also did not have a fridge, which would have been nice to have.

Cool hotel with great location

Super nice front desk staff who really helped and followed our questions. Very close to restaurants, supermarket and attractions. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Booked a room that had been free from fur animals due to allergy. Booked parking in garage for MC, which was a bit expensive.

The rooms were indeed XL, huge rooms with good seating areas and large windows. Air conditioning was not working but luckily there were lots of windows to air and cool down the room. The bathroom was also very large but very warm due to the glass roof part, and in summer it was a bit like a sauna. The hotel had a nice restaurant and bar too.

The service still needs improvement...

The hotel aims to appear modern and stylish, but overall it feels very dark – unfortunately, this also matches the rather unwelcoming atmosphere of the staff. The bathroom is somewhat quirky in design and not particularly practical. Moreover, during our stay, even facial tissues were missing, which should not happen in this price range. It's a pity because the concept of the hotel is good, but service and details still need significant work.
