Very traumatic

Horrible staff with personal issues very bitter experience, especially with the polnish supervisor who was very rasist and discriminating towards 2 girls! All the staff have to check on drugs the staff that worked at 17.05.2026 at 15:00

Fantastisch hotel, goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding

We had such a wonderful stay at your hostel in Berlin Mitte. It was fantastic. We received a very warm welcome from Alexander—he had all the patience in the world. We later met him again in the bar; what a kind young man.
