The hotel was difficult to find (the taxi driver didn’t know where it was) - we found it eventually: STC above the door.
Family room was ok. Clean, sofabed was worn out/very saggy.
Staff were nice and a great location for exploring Berlin with kids. Thank you

Colorful doors and walls but purple it was terrible even the carpet was purple
First impression was horrible we had booked child friendly met by five steps no ramp had stroller and suitcases
When we have opened the door, you can hardly find the reception when we get to the room, it is another staircase then another door so incredibly difficult and cumbersome
Then in the elevator up to our floor there is everything purple so terribly bad smell a little mold smell when we enter the room we are met by okay bed with super lovely pillows they saved our night but when we open the door into the bathroom then we thought that time turned back 20 years a shower cubicle that was so full of mold and smelled so terrible we had booked three nights but rebooked immediately so spent only one night here very disappointed when the hotel had 8 out of 10 and good reviews, absolutely we are different but still pay a lot of money

Good location, easy to reach from the airport. Easy access to public transportation. Personnel were helpful and everything went ok. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but got the job done.

The hotel is nice with a good breakfast and nice room.
Apparently they don't have double beds (?!?!) and we asked twice if at least it was possible to put two single beds together with a double bed linen...with no luck at all.
The TV wasn't working...they tried to fix it...it never worked

Absolutely avoid
Not recommended, too loud at night, one can hardly sleep from the streetcar and sirens of emergency vehicles.
Most importantly, the door was simply burst open when I came out of the shower and my wife was getting dressed. When I approached the reception and complained, they allegedly did not know who it was or why it happened.
So definitely avoid!!!
