We had arrived to three women we were pleasantly surprised it was very
Clean and cozy the breakfast was very rich weir as not getting fed up on I don't know it is the center in 10 minutes walk we were very satisfied we booked directly for next year

Hotel.

So where to start. The towel rack was poorly hanging off. Very disappointed. Dead spiders in my bed and squashed spiders up the walls. Spiders in the shower. Mold was everywhere and bed sheets stained yellow. Not enough food choices. Thick dust on bedside tables. Good accessible parking sometimes a bit tricky. Overall give in a 2 star just because the WiFi

Basic Clean Hotel with friendly owners but let down by dinners

I stayed here with a school group. We stayed here in 2019 and the management has changed since then. Firstly I would say the location is quite good. It is only a 15 min walk to Boppard along the river. There is a little kiosk in the town which stays open late and some Eiscafes also. The hotel itself is clean. We didn't have any experiences of dirty bedlinen or mould on sheets. Absolutely not. The bedrooms were basic but clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was cold at night. The heating didn't seem to be working in some rooms but the shower was hot at all times. The owners are nice and friendly but do insist on a room inspection at check in and check out. We had all our deposits returned but I am sure if something had have been broken the charge would have been high. The breakfast was nice - warm rolls, cheese, ham Nutella, toast, coffee, juice. We went for half board option. If I was going again I would choose b+b only. The dinners were not good. Some students ate no dinner at all while there and after the first night I ate the soup only. I think if the hotel can improve on the food for dinner it would be fine. The bedrooms are fine for school groups and teachers.
