Great getaway at the Gehlen-Cornelius winery.

A great winery located on the outskirts of Brauneberg, right in the vineyards. Very nice rooms, hiking trails, abundant breakfast, tastefully furnished rooms. Always worth a trip⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

Very comfortable and pleasant place

The B&B is located among the vineyards, just a short distance from the main street. The staff, mainly members of the family, are very friendly and the accommodation itself is modern and extremely well equipped and kept. Very clean and hygienic, nice rooms, great bathroom. Breakfast is very pleasant, either inside or in the garden. There are lots of places for a relaxing moment with a splendid wine of their own production. And for those who prefer the atmosphere of the villages hete: Bernkastel is only 8kms away.

Nice place, we like the room and bathroom. It is really clean, but the service could be better.
We booked via the website of Gehlen-Cornelius itself so they don't have to pay the fee for Booking.com, but accidentally we booked the wrong start date. I will never do this again, here is why.
We were nearby at that time, but we didn't got a call. When they told us the next day that they expected us earlier, we were upset.
It was an accident. This would never happend via Booking.com, because they will give a warning that you have a double booking.
They let us only stay 2 nights (instead of the 3 booked nights). It was our own fault, but they didn't have pay for cleaning and breakfast, so they saved some cost on us. It would be fair to give a little discount of just a little gift in my optinion (I'm an entrepreneur myself and would do that). We had to pay the FULL night without being there. Not completely fair in my opinion.
