Excellent accommodations. Place, cleaning, location, staff and price!!

What to say?... A are you looking for an "oasis" in Europe? Well, first choose Celle as your destination. Then immediately make you booking at Leisewitz Garten. Is the best option to stay in town. A gorgeous old building, amazing staff, extremely clean rooms and public spots. Beds and pillows very comfortable and the price is great too!
You are just a coupe of blocks from the town center and the neighborhood is great and very quite.
Martin, the owner, is very kind and will help you with any question or doubt that you may have.
Highly recommended!

Ok

Great location, charm and reasonable price. Spacious rooms. Clean. However, uncomfortable beds, flat pillows and warm room without AC. Fans in the room. Bad cover-up. Very good breakfast with limited selection. Nice little garden at the back.

Ambience great but otherwise...

Unfortunately, the furniture in the room was pretty worn out. A bathroom without heating is unacceptable.
The buffet was okay. The garden is beautiful. In summer, that's definitely the highlight. When you can have breakfast outside. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it.

Very nice.

This is a small hotel on the edge of the older part of Celle . We were visiting family so we only slept and had breakfast there . The hotel is within easy walking distance of the town , crossing the River Aller . Our room was small but perfectly adequate for our requirements . Spotlessly clean , free wifi , t.v , mini-bar , comfortable bed , good shower . Breakfast was delicious , continental, buffet style with lots of choice .
Would definitely stay again . Celle itself is a place well worth a visit , very interesting and very beautiful .

Average

Stayed 2 nights in June. Celle is a beautiful city. Hotel was satisfactory but needed some maintenance. Shower head is need of repair and tv dates back to the 80's. The room was comfortable but I hope your an early bird because there are no such thing as blackout curtains. I really needed some rest but Mr. Sunshine thought otherwise.
I would probably find another hotel if I was to return in the future.
