Excellent city hotel with top service

We traveled as a family with 2 dogs from Switzerland, stayed 2 nights and had excellent experiences throughout. The rooms are very nice and large, the location perfect and the view towards the opera house beautiful. The staff is extremely accommodating and the breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. In the evening, a drink can be enjoyed in the cozy bar. Hotel-owned parking spaces in the inner courtyard with sufficient charging stations for e-cars round off the excellent overall impression. We can highly recommend the establishment.

disappointing

We thought this was to be a great hotel, but unfortunately not. We had good food and service on the first night, but the second night because of an outdoor concert opposite, we were unable to use the bar after 10:30 pm, apparently the 'artists' that were performing objected to mixing with the hoi polloi. so we were told we had to leave or go to bed, very rude. The rooms were exceptionally hot and the air conditioning dod not function, so all in all not a great stay.

very clean hotel with top service near the train station with a great view from the window. I would book it again anytime.

Very nice stay

For us, the hotel was perfect, everything reachable within walking distance. The hotel is clean. The rooms met our needs. We had a room facing the inner courtyard; it was quiet. The hotel is dog-friendly; they are also allowed in the dining room/breakfast room. We would love to come back.

Very nice hotel by the opera.

The hotel is well located and offers parking behind the building. The costs are moderate at €15. The room is clean and even offers a coffee machine and a well-stocked minibar. Upon arrival, one receives a complimentary bottle of water. The staff is very nice and accommodating.
