Staff accommodated for short-notice stay

Stayed for night as a last-minute booking. Very friendly telephone communication to arrange the booking.
Simple but everything there that you need (including a tiny kitchen in our room); very comfortable bed; bathroom seems recently renovated -- great roomy shower with instant hot water and strong water pressure. Very quiet at night (at least on a Saturday), quiet neighborhood bordering on fields of horses (Dressur school just down the street).

Lovely Boutique Hotel with lots of Style

I stayed at the charming Berliner Hof on a long weekend in Berlin and really liked the peaceful setting in contrast to the busy city centre. I found it to be very welcoming and warm and loved the furnishings in the rooms- stylish and contemporary but still comfortable and cosy!
The rooms are very clean and well-presented and the bathroom was very clean with modern fixtures. The breakfast at Berliner Hof is a very homely one, with the feeling that you have been welcomed into a friends’ home- delicious food and great hospitality!
Will definitely return next time I visit Berlin

Perfect :)

I have stayed here multiple times and over the past few years have always had a very pleasant experience.
The breakfast, rooms, service and amenities are all excellent.
Free parking, free wifi and movie-themed rooms is all a great bonus!

Wonderful

I've previously stayed at this hotel before and was very impressed with the service of the owners who are extremely friendly and helpful in so many ways. It once again made my stay excellent.
This time I had the honour of spending my last 3 nights in their other hotel, Parkhotel, which was just opposite.
All perfect. Clean, quiet, good location, great parking opportunities, good prices and one of the best breakfasts imaginable with freshly cooked eggs to your preference.
I'm looking forward to my next stay.

Overpriced

We and kids had a separate rooms. Comfortable beds. If you have plans to shop in Havel Park you can get some discounts through hotel. You can get some directions for leisure activities and shopping. We did not used because we had our own trip plan already
Do not judge hotel by pictures. Seemed to us that gardener and cleaning lady has been fired months ago and no one has been hired since. Dust clouds in rooms, withered flowers, outgrown grass, littered courtyard. View from room to the abandoned building and highway. Hotel is situated in area where planes overfly before landing. This hotel has seen better days. And breakfast is served in another hotel 100-200m away, where is main reception. Upon arrival we were communicating with reception through phone, to get directions to safe and to the room keys. Closest dining facility 1km away, and no credit card acceptance, bring cash with you. P.S ribs were dry. In generally - we have seen better places in Germany
