A place full of love
I came from China to join a race in Frankfurt, and we had a stellar experience. Im staying in hotels 20-30 times a year. And the service level was one of the best I have ever seen! The team was offering solutions to problems we have not even been aware of. Not talking about the special service to provide breakfast at 4am.

By far the worst drop-off ever. This has nothing to do with a hotel!
The worst hotel we stayed in by far. "Never again"!!! Booked from 26.09.-29.09.2025 (Afterwards fortunately booked without breakfast.). Reception staffed very sporadically. Only seen briefly at the "check in". Only broken German spoken. Our room (307) was not cleaned or towels changed once during the whole stay. No air conditioning, electric blind without function. Rough and dirty walls. 2 fragrance fresheners were hidden in 2 different corners of the room...Absolute crap if you are allergic and have asthma!!!! The bathroom, a single disaster! Shower cubicle almost half ripped out of the bracket, you had to be afraid, the whole thing falls apart during use. Shower rod sucked out in such a way that the shower head permanently slipped down or immediately out of the holder a lot. Water pressure also very different and partly nonexistent!!! Complaint not possible, as no contact person could ever be reached. Conference room 1+2 fully furnished with furniture, spare beds, linen and cleaning products. The firecracker, in the middle of it a mattress with used bed linen, as if some hotel temp was sleeping there at night?!!!! Absolutely not recommended!!!

Disappointing stay - Value for money not justified
I was a recent guest at this hotel and would like to express my deep disappointment.
The staff did not speak German, which made communication much more difficult. In addition, the staff in the hallway yelled, so it was thought there was someone else in the room. This was extremely irritating and unpleasant.
Despite the phone commitment, breakfast was only served from 7am instead of 6am, which meant I had to leave without breakfast. Dirty towels and laundry were collected in a cart on the corridor, which did not seem hygienic. The noise nuisances from the neighbouring rooms, such as snoring, mobile phone bells and televisions, were also clearly audible.
The room itself was a real nightmare: The door could not be locked from the inside, which left an uncertain feeling. The desk chair was broken. The bathroom smelled of smoke, even after ventilation. I was so disgusted that I had to sleep in my own sleeping bag.
The staff seemed disinterested and helpless, which made my stay unforgettable negative. Please find attached some photos documenting the conditions described. Given these circumstances, the price of the stay was absolutely not justified. I hope that this feedback will help to improve the quality of this hotel.

Mediocre
Comfortable beds, cleanliness and shower were completely OK, reasonable temperature control, soap/shampoo and towels OK. Breakfast offered 4 different types of sausage, two types of sliced cheese, ham, various types of processed cheese, a wide range of fruit, tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, various jams and cereals, orange juice and a machine for several types of coffee. However, there were only normal white bread rolls, six grain rolls for eight people, which we found to be extremely few for a country where there are numerous types of bread and rolls. The service staff came by now and again, but there were still no more grain rolls.
We also found it a disadvantage that the reception is no longer manned after a certain time in the evening. This was announced beforehand, but a bell outside would certainly have been helpful. We then had to call, and it took a while before someone came to let us in. There is also no one to turn to if people cause trouble in the room at night, which was the case with us. Overall, though, it was OK for the price.

Acceptable - but with reservations.
This hotel provides an acceptable standard of accommodation and the service was generally satisfactory.
There were some negative elements to our stay, however. On checking-in we were given information about the time of breakfast, which turned out to be incorrect. We arrived at 9am only to find that all hot food had been cleared away and all that was left was a small selection of cereals, cooked meat and cheeses. The following day, having established the correct time breakfast was served, we found a good selection of hot food in addition to the cold meats, cheeses etc.
The other negative, which is of more concern, is that an unopened bottle of perfume (still in its plastic wrapping) in a duty free bag ‘disappeared’ from our room. Whether it was mistakenly cleared away when the room was cleaned or (hopefully not) it was ‘appropriated’ by someone I cannot say. We contacted the hotel who informed us that ‘nothing had been found’. I have travelled extensively over many years and this is the first time I have ever had anything disappear from a hotel room. I am not in the habit of leaving negative comments but I feel it is important to draw attention to my experience at this hotel.
