Perfect location, problem car park place

Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable, perfect location in the city centre, 5 min walking from old town and shoping area.
Disapointed, because although I have asked for parking place still with the booking of room 1,5 mongh prior to my arrival, THERE WAS NO PARKING PLACE AVAILABLE FOR ME ! The boss has had decided that for other guests will be available, but for me not - I do not understand this, it is a kind of descrimination !

Very friendly staff

I was in Dusseldorf for a business trip and I decided to stay in Ufer hotel. It is nicely situated with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself was expensive for the offered services, given that the rooms were missing essential hotel things.

Clean, cozy, inexpensive and fun

This is a warm, modestly furnished but very comfortable hotel popular with artists and museum folks. Basic but very comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, first-rate breakfasts. And easy to walk anywhere in town.

Friendly and convenient

Easy to find, nicely presented and well situated a few hundred yards walk from the old town in a reasonably quiet pitch. Very friendly and helpful welcome, with useful advice as to where to eat, etc. Lift available to upper floors. Our room was a little spartan but had all that you need with comfy bed and nice linen, TV, reasonable lighting, nice art-related books and good en suite including a bath, towels, toiletries, etc. Very nice, self service breakfast in ground floor bar. Would be quite happy to stay here again. Good value for money.
