Average hotel in 15min to city center.

We had used the hotel during our cycling trip and stayed in the annex on the upper floor.
The service was friendly, but we had to bug the heavy suitcases into the next house, which was not easy without a lift.
The hotel room was modern and also completely large enough with everything you need except air conditioning overlooking the indoor/parking area.
Breakfast was good.

Disaster

Honestly, I've stayed in a lot of hotels. But that's really the height.
- toilet seat not tight
- Mold in the shower
- Rubber seal on the shower wall comes off
- Unclean! Lots of long hair in the bathroom
- Window does not close properly
- Cloakroom hook broken
- Carpet that has never been renewed and is broken in many places.
But the worst was the extractor hood of the kitchen just outside the window.
It was warm outside, in the room (at the top) just under 28 degrees.
Since there is no climate, you want to open the window.
Thanks to the extractor hood, it was so loud that sleep was unthinkable. So close the window, the hood could still be heard.
Pure disaster. At the reception one was not really discerning, “you write this down”
The room would still be too expensive.

Friendly staff nice restaurant great breakfast rooms were clean.
Only complaint is not much parking off road had to park on street outside other than that great stay

New furnishings of the room in the annex. Breakfast is available across the street in the main house. The room was very clairvoyant to the hallway and staircase. It was at ground level, with direct views from the parking lot to the room. Minibar, cupboard, shelves, armchairs all there. Pillow very thick and stiff, bed medium hard.
Location: Approx. 20 minutes walk to the center, 10 to the nearest supermarket.
Uncomplicated reception
Good breakfast with wide selection, ingredients of solid quality.
Price/performance ok.
