Quiet but far from everything.

Pros: parking, very friendly welcome, sauna/hammam side to the pool, cleanliness, quiet.
Cons: the restaurant too expensive, the old room level decoration, the cold pool, not much around the hotel and the breakfast not crazy at all...

This place is a big but not really logical in the way we needed to navigate to our rooms, the bathrooms weren’t up to my expectations, clean but dated. No ac in the room and it was hot - the mini fridge didn’t work in either of the two rooms. The sauna was great and so was the pool.

Poor reception and bad hotel!

... I can only agree with my predecessors: worse than any youth hostel in the old GDR. In addition to the mold in the bathroom seams, very poor beds, and stained carpet, I wanted to check in yesterday with a very unfriendly (younger) woman named Vo ... wald, who told me despite my reservation that I had no room... After a while, I then put my MCM suitcase back in the car until an older, helpful, and very nice colleague ran after me across the parking lot and confirmed my room. - The young, somewhat incompetent colleague continued to seek conflict, imitating the guest, and so on. Incredible! Why does a young receptionist have to be rude? The building, constructed in 1971, has undergone little "real" renovation; it actually needs to be pushed away with a Caterpillar...

Never again! Deceptive site!

From the welcome at the reception, we understood that this hotel was not worthy of a 4-star rating: 15 minutes to find any trace of our reservation! First major disappointment: the pool - highlighted on all the sites - was closed for maintenance, which turned into the indefinite closure of the wellness area by the end of our stay! We had to negotiate to obtain a refund for unavailable services. Second disappointment: the room was acceptable although very plain, located at the end of the hallway of building 6: guaranteed jogging to reach the common facilities! The restaurant - if it can be called that, I would rather say a canteen with particularly slow service, offers only 4 main dishes that change only once a week. By the way, the menu displayed in the elevators does not match the one presented. We opted for the Caesar salad: a large amount of iceberg lettuce swimming in mayonnaise - 2 mini tomatoes and chicken sticks (we looked for the hard-boiled eggs, croutons, and parmesan, but they were conspicuously absent). The breakfast buffet is more than frugal: only fresh fruits: a plate of second-rate pears. Although we indicated that the stay was for a birthday, there was not the slightest attention to mark the occasion. As for the parking (paid), it is accessible to everyone (no barrier and no surveillance). In short, a place to absolutely avoid, unless one is considering a youth hostel stay at a 4-star rate...
