Everything quite new and a little off the city .
A little away from the city stayed here . The whole hotel and also the rooms are bright and still quite new . Check-in worked well and parking in the own car park is plentiful. The rooms themselves are small and the beds comfortable. The bathroom with walk-in shower is clean and makes a good impression. The breakfast was ok..... the fabric covered armchairs looked a bit "disgusting" and that's why we implemented ourselves on easier to clean leather benches. All in all a good value for money . You can do it.

A wretched hotel that does no credit to the Hilton name! It certainly ought to be shut down—if not by Paris Hilton, then by health inspectors or the authorities in Freiburg im Breisgau.

Disappointing for an Hilton
We booked, perhaps too far in advance, paying a 4-star superior price. First room with a broken thermostat. Bathroom with a nice shower but a very small sink. Very dirty carpet! Reported dirty water on the outside from the beginning, never cleaned! Cleaning every other day. On one side, the space between the bed and the wall is about 30 cm. No fridge, but there is an iron and ironing board! Mediocre breakfast (I went to the bar across the street twice out of desperation). If it had been a hostel, I wouldn't have complained...!

A real disappointment of a hotel
Hotel paid 200 euros per night with: room cleaning only every two days, no minibar, broken safe, without space for clothes. Carpet in the room and hallways stained everywhere. Lobby armchairs so stained that you don't know where to sit. Staff not very helpful. I should have read the ratings on TripAdvisor and not on Booking before booking. Absolutely not recommended

Disappointment
What a filthy and smelly bunch! The reception was unfriendly, 3 ladies in a row where no (friendly) word came out. Clearly people didn't feel like it. We had booked for 2 normal rooms a €245,= per room, this does not include the parking space a €24,= for 1 night. Upon arrival in the room, the stench (heavy foul penetrating air) met us directly. Small smelly room with ditto bathroom where the hair of previous guests were still present in large measure. Also various mold spots and clear grease traces on plumbing and tiles. The carpeting was really dirty. The room had a fully made sofa bed placed which was NOT ordered by us. After consultation with the reception, after 6pm (until then, no one from housekeeping was present) someone would come along to dismantle the sofa bed and build it back to a regular sofa so that we could sit somewhere. No one has been there. Resume! Reception.....UNFRIENDLY .....room .....REALLY DIRTY INCLUDING THE SMALL BATHROOM .....service..... EVIL. For us definitely no more by Hilton experiences. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
