Really great hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and great breakfast.
Little minus for not having ac in the room.

Pillows are too thin and the beds are far too soft. Also, the ventilator in bathroom was filthy. No housekeeping until the 3rd days. The staffs were very helpful and breakfast was good.

Great location missing the final touches

Amazing location and beautiful hotel. Close the the bus and train station, right in the middle of the town. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Little issues were missed and or never addressed. No towels in the room and front desk had to be asked twice for them several hours apart. Shower drain was slow causing the bathroom floor to flood after shower. Sauna instructions were not on multiple languages.

The location of hotel is excellent. Parking was easy. The staff were friendly. Our room was unique ( very high ceilings, lots of space for 3 persons). Breakfast was ok.
Two disadvantages: no aircondition im the room and no fridge. Fortunately the staff brought a fan on request.

great location, poor facility

While large, the room was poorly maintained and smelled strongly of food. We discovered the odor originated from the restaurant on the lower floor of the hotel, and because the windows were left open, the smell permeated the room. Of course, we had to keep the windows open during the day to air out the room, despite the restaurant smell. The bathroom was similarly neglected, and the shower hose was leaking, causing water to spray in a completely different direction than it should. Despite claiming to be a four-star hotel, there was no mini-fridge in the room. Also, the hotel's parking lot entrance is a bit narrow and slopes downwards, making it difficult to see clearly, so it's advisable to go up and down very carefully and slowly.
