For personal reasons, I have now been to the Residence Hopfensee 3 times 4days.
Very friendly and dedicated staff at reception(On the sunny slope). The residence itself is on the waterfront road with beautiful views of the Hopfensee.The whole house is extremely well maintained, all apartments and apartments with large balcony or terrace.My apartment was large , nice and cozy furnished (509 and 510). Good mattresses, small fitted kitchen and nice shower room. In the morning, there are cakes on prior order to the door. Underground parking in the house included in the price. Shopping in the village shop a good 100m away (fresh products). Diverse gastronomy in the village, local olive growers directly in the house. All very quiet and relaxing. feet and royal castles 10-15 min away. As a guest in the residence you get the Königscard, which is free(!) Admission to about 200 facilities in the region entitles e.g. Museum of the Bavarian Kings, thermal bath Schwangau, some mountain railways.Excellent value for money.
