Staff and rooms just as you would wish for.

I haven't experienced this much kindness in a long time! From check-in to the cleaning staff or even the service at breakfast - all employees were incredibly friendly and accommodating! The room was tidy and clean, so we were able to fully enjoy our short stay.

Empathetic service in an emergency situation

After the concert my daughter attended, she suddenly felt very ill. We had to call the emergency doctor. The doctor was escorted directly to our room by the hotel staff so that he could take care of her immediately. Later, the staff checked on my daughter's condition again to make sure she was feeling better and had everything she needed. When my daughter wanted to eat something light later, like fruit, it was even provided to us free of charge – and that on a Sunday, when everything was actually closed. We felt very well taken care of, safe, and supported in this situation.
Many thanks to the attentive employee who helped us so kindly at that moment.

Inviting

I always enjoy staying at Motel One. The atmosphere and reception are always very inviting and friendly. Parking in the underground garage is very nice.
All employees are always very friendly and accommodating. The room is super clean. The breakfast is all fresh and of very high quality. See you soon, highly recommended!

One of the best

One of the best Motel One hotels I stayed. Clean, friendly staff and perfect beds. The hotel is opposite the subway station and close to the motorway. Good within the concept of Motel One. Small but clean carpark with acces to the lobby. Might be fully booked on Bayern Munich match days.
