Great stay … great beer . Great staff

4 night stay , clean comfy,friendly and very helpful staff , as we were working late our return times back from our shows was late .. the bar was kept open and on 2 occasions they open the kitchen at midnight for burgers and spaghetti Bolognese, which was delightful
Great shower comfortable bed Downside was No air-con or blackout blinds , 6am sun ☀️ through my window was so HOT and blinding
Would definitely book again !!!
Ps breakfast was good but basic Excellent scrambled eggs

A disastrous holiday brunch

Was here with my family on the first Christmas holiday for brunch. It was catastrophic. Far too tight , too many people , far too loud . Lunch was an hour later than planned , only 1:30 pm . A huge queue to queue . We had run out of hunger. Just rip off , 40 euros per person for nothing .

Pure disappointment.

We booked a comfort double room - 32 sqm in friendly colors, with comfortable king-size bed, direct dial telephone, shower/WC, LED digital TV, minibar, kitchenette (use and dishes for additional fee) incl. refrigerator, free Wi-Fi -so it said in the description, what we got was a room with a lot of dust, the bed was so close to the window wall that you could only walk past with difficulty and caution, it was not a minibar, no kitchenette, no refrigerator and also no king-size bed. The only thing that was ok, however, was the large bathroom, but without, cosmetics, which will be used for showering and are offered in the hotel as free standard amenities! You could change the pillows already! Not very friendly staff at reception. For almost 100 euros per night (without breakfast) I would have expected something better!

thanks for nothing

I requested an offer for a family celebration and never received it. After weeks I contacted them by email without any response, then followed up by phone and was told by way of excuse that the end of the year was just around the corner and that was why it was delayed. The offer would come later. But even after that there was no response. The celebration is now long over and I have not received an offer to date... I will not recommend them to anyone

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !

We was staying more than 1 month for work we made it clear we will stay long term then basically told we over stayed our welcome and they over booked us and we had to move out the same day they told us! We couldn’t find any other accommodation hotels in the area fully booked everywhere we had to result sleeping in the van! Very unprofessional food is terrible all microwaved, beer is warm and flat. Also you won’t have your bedding changed for weeks! I had to change the bedding my self one night!
