I can’t recommend it
Staff are nice. Breakfast is served down the road at the gas station. Coffee in the hotel only for cash no card payment.
In the room there are pillows to buy ok who needs it but I don’t need it. In the ground floor it is very noisy I was allowed to notice at night.
Overall not an experience but you survive it.
1-2 year earlier, both hotel and steakhouse were better donors.
I can’t recommend it anymore.

Owner-run business hotel with central location on highway
The criticism of the situation described here is certainly understandable. It is, however, an overnight accommodation for the purpose.
I am a regular at the hotel due to events and was always very satisfied.
The rooms are always clean and well maintained, look. Modern and appealing have high ceilings.
It has always been able to enjoy a restful sleep. Also the owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. So I was now invited on the last stay in the morning kindly welcomed a coffee.
The negative reviews here regarding the breakfast I can certainly understand and have experienced it myself several times. This has now been finally turned off a nearby really very good gas station with a pleasant bistro offering a breakfast selection there. The whole thing the way you imagine it.
Is only about 2 minutes by car or 5-6 minutes walk away.

Hotel with lots of air up
Indoor climate is uncomfortably warm. Opening windows is not a solution (spinning, noise). Air conditioning cools well, but blows with a lot of dust.
The black design is definitely chic, but you can see the dust all the more.
Unfortunately, you feel asleep on the highway (noise) and the walls are more than clairvoyant. The room is just noisy. Extremely uncomfortable.
The management of the hotel and reception has seemingly little identification with the hotel - as so often happens in hotel chains. Much of this unpleasantness could easily be put to rest. Some of this would certainly not matter, everything together just annoys considering that it is priced far above the comparable hotel chains in Giessen.
Other: good water pressure in the shower, no connection to local transport, no small fridge, breakfast not tried, very/too soft beds, spacious room, great overall design.
“Despite the convenient location, our guests will find a place of rest and relaxation in their rooms” with this phrase advertised by the hotel on its homepage. Reality is exactly the opposite.
