Villa Kunterbunt - renovierungsbedürftig

Die Leute, die die positiven Rezensionen im Internet geschrieben haben, müssen schon etwas härter im Nehmen sein. Sicherlich ist die Lage im Wald wirklich schön, und das Haus hat einen gewissen „Villa Kunterbunt-Charme“. Das war es aber auch schon.
Der Garten ist ziemlich verwildert. Die Gartenmöbel sind alt, wild zusammengewürfelt (Holz, Metall, Plastik) und zum Teil defekt. Das Haus bräuchte mal einen Anstrich und unsere Ferienwohnung war auch ziemlich runtergekommen. Unser Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarzt und es war viel zu hart. Zudem waren unsere Matratzen alt und fleckig (ekelig). Die anderen Matratzen sollen aber in Ordnung gewesen sein. Was der schmuddelige, alte Teppichboden in den Schlafzimmern schon alles gesehen hat, mag ich mir besser nicht vorstellen (wieder ekelig). Die beiden Bäder sind sehr klein. Das eine hat eine Badewanne, die aber nicht benutzt werden kann. Die Fliesen sind teilweise nicht verfugt oder die Fugen haben schwarze Stockflecken (schon wieder ekelig). Und wie sagte schon Rüdiger Hoffmann: „Ein Duschvorhang kann schimmeln, muss er aber nicht.“ (superekelig). Diese Liste ließe sich noch um einige Punkte ergänzen. Ich geben nur einen Stern für die schöne Lage und einen für das Pippi Langstrumpf Ambiente. Für mehr Sterne sind hier dringende Renovierungen erforderlich.
Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.
