Room quite nice but missing some basic amenities like a small refrigerator, an iron and a phone in the room. Swimming pool lovely and nice temperature but only accessible by climbing a very steep set of stairs — no towels on site once you get there (you seemingly are supposed to figure out that you need to ask for them at reception before you go upstairs to the pool. It’s a relatively nice hotel in a funny location, in what seems to be an industrial park — just be aware you are not in the center of town here.

Never again! Only frustration and anger!

Check-in was borderline unfriendly, as was the hotel manager when addressing complaints.
The superior room was tiny, dark, uncomfortable, without a minibar, and had a rattling window that could not be opened. Instead of a king-size bed, there were two single beds. The room is completely cluttered with two beds, an additional cot, and a table, leaving hardly any space to walk.
The rooftop terrace is not directly accessible from the room; first, you must take the elevator down to the reception, then a second elevator from there up to the third floor. And then many stairs to the fourth floor. The rooftop terrace is filled with loungers, tables, benches, and chairs, and there is insufficient sun protection. It is totally overcrowded, as the hotel was fully booked on Pentecost Sunday and also allowed a large number of day guests for the spa. Therefore, despite early check-in (with an additional cost of €50), we could not find a place. The pool is very small and not suitable for swimming; is it hygienic for so many people? The food must be ordered, and you have to pick it up yourself downstairs, on the same level as the reception, and that at completely overpriced prices. In our opinion, the menu selection is one-sided and meager! Service is practically non-existent. The staff member at the bar has two roles: serving all guests and being a lifeguard... We did not want to be on the completely overcrowded rooftop terrace in case the escape routes needed to be used... Absolutely not recommended; profit over guest satisfaction, the hotel manager unfortunately cannot handle complaints and reacted very unfriendly.
Conclusion: Therefore, we wasted €160 (due to our early departure after 4 hours), as no refund was granted despite all the complaints. But at least we received a verbal apology for all the bad experiences, as that costs €0! 4/5

A top-tier choice for business or leisure

​I returned to this hotel for a second time during a business trip, and once again, the experience was excellent. The room was super clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly.
​I really enjoyed using the gym and the outdoor heated pool. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of options to choose from. But what impressed me the most was the quality and freshness of every single ingredient. Highly recommended!
