All that you need, including shuttle and parking for a great price

It was not easy to find a place to stay with shuttle service and a parking space for our car for a week while traveling from the Munich Airport, so we were quite happy to find Runa's online . We loved everything about it! The prices are clearly unbeatable, but the service and communication was also excellent. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable and their restaurant is very cozy, offering a nice variety of typical Bavarian dishes. Highly recommend!

Parking? Never again here!

We booked our parking space here. It was inexpensive. We would never do that again. They do not like to talk to the customer here. Then the shuttle came for 10 people, but there were only 8 seats available. Then the parking lot is in the middle of the prairie. Tall grass, trees, and the cars do not look very good when you pick them up after 2-3 weeks. So we spend 5€ more and go to the other providers in the area. And there are many here. It's a pity, because only through service can one stand out.

Once and NEVER again

We only used the valet parking.
Once and never again !!!!
Such unfriendly communication didn't even deserve a star.

Never again

Reservation did not work or did not arrive at first. Then suddenly we had to pay twice, even though we only got a reservation confirmation. No accommodation.
Pick up also took much longer than stated.

We have to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We did a overnight on New Years Eve in Munich on our way back to San Diego, and we landed very late that day.We stayed in a hotel in your neighborhood and there was no food available anywhere since we had no reservations! you guys saw that we were in a tough situation with our kiddos and you opened up the kitchen late that night for us to be able to have a meal on NYE! We loved the vibe of it all, great meal and beers! And of course the people! You were very kind to us! Thank you.
