Nice and value for money but staff not really friendly (except the chef that was I nice guy). Very nice breakfast buffet. Well-organized parking with EV-charging.

Ok hotel for one night in Hannover.

Totally ok hotel, nice family rooms, but the hotel itself is not directly child friendly. A little far away from the “centre” and much of the hotel’s offerings were closed during the stay. Smart refrigerator you can shop from yourself, good with small refrigerator in the room and store right next door. The bathroom was worn, but the room upgraded! Very good breakfast, adapted to most needs.

Excellent hotel at a cheap price

Pretty nice hotel and then also very cheap. Clean rooms. No audible noise. Excellent breakfast. Overall a good experience.

Black and white: Hotel lousy, breakfast buffet outstanding!

First things first: all in all, not a recommended hotel; will not let you book here again.
The hotel is conveniently located directly on a federal highway to the highway, but that was all plus points. Parking was no longer available in the mini courtyard (also quite expensive) as well as in the vicinity. On the second day more precisely in the wider area: the total parking chaos, I had to park the car really far away.
The staff is thoroughly friendly regarding reception and customer phone. You don't really bother.
Biggest weak point was the room. Relatively small despite the cocky Denglian designations (stupidly English sayings and signs adorn the whole woke hotel). The room smelled especially very musty, it was extremely uncomfortable. A mixture of moderate and mouldy smell, i.e. I can't describe it exactly. And it was incredibly loud in this room all the time.
Oh and the cleaning staff don't care what sign /clean / don't disturb) you put out....
The restaurant in the form of the breakfast buffet was a big plus! This was really an unexpected surprise. Insanely large and diverse, everything down to the scrambled eggs freshly prepared by the chef directly in the open kitchen. Here a great service and a gigantic selection. This part rips something out, and for the breakfast buffet I would give directly five stars!
Overall, unfortunately, a poor performance and will not stay there again (although you won't find such a breakfast again so quickly).
