Worth repeating
You don't see any staff because there isn't any on site. I can't rate the service telephone because it wasn't needed. In my opinion, the short written notification was answered quickly and politely within an hour.
Check-in was almost problem-free, but you had to retreat to the car to enter your details because at that time of day the characters on the display in front of the door were very difficult to decipher.
In the "room" itself, you are immediately impressed by what you can do with so little space. For one night? In a container? At that price? Just my opinion, but it's completely fine. The shower niche is clean, well-kept and modern. Sink and toilet are clean, right across the street. You might miss a separation from the sleeping area, but you can't have everything.
The bed is comfortable, made and freshly laid out, perhaps there is no desk for business travelers.
The street noises were barely audible and the deep hum of the gas system opposite was so monotonous that it hummed you to sleep rather than disturbing you.
The truck stop where you can prepare for the night or for your onward journey is only a few meters from the door and is not much more expensive or worse than many "real" hotels.
