Excellent!

I was completely satisfied with my stay! The staff is exceptionally friendly, from the reception, the service at breakfast and the cleaning staff. The breakfast is good and also the wellness area can be used very well for a little relaxation in between. I will definitely come back on my next stay in Munich.

Still okay

Only one elevator in operation. That one also broke down in between. At times, there was no hot water in the room, supposedly because too many people were showering at the same time.
We found the breakfast to be monotonous. Limited selection of cold cuts.
The beds were good, the air conditioning should be renewed, it has aged but worked perfectly. I find carpet on the room floors outdated, but that is a matter of taste.
Staff was friendly overall.

Good value for money

Booked through HRS and paid for 2 nights 172 euros in a single room. The rooms are functional and the hotel is in a prime location to the U3. Ideal for city tours or to visit friends. Room is very clean, the TV also has a good selection of radio stations and there is free water at a water station on the ground floor with and without CO2. Very good. The beds were in good condition, so you could sleep sensibly here. Breakfast was fine but not outstanding. Overall, the hotel has kept what it promised and I would stay there again anytime.

An all-round successful short break

A successful getaway.
The hotel is good, located on the subway station.
The service is very good. After a good breakfast we could start the day relaxed.
The negative reviews we can't understand, the room was clean, if needed you immediately got fresh towels .
Will check back there the next time you visit Munich.

This hotel is located in a quiet area south of the City
It is ideally located for the Ubhan to the city. There is construction being undertaken nearby but this is only during the day.
There is an underground car park.
The online check in and check out were easy.
My room was a single business room which was comfortable and clean with windows and air conditioning. The bathroom was light and spacious. It had plenty of storage and a desk.
Breakfast represented excellent value for money. Everything was fresh and tasty.
This Hotel has great eco values.
My only suggestion for improvement would be a coating on the shower base or a shower mat to prevent slipping. The base was long. There wasn’t a rail to get hold of when I did my impression of Bambi as I was leaving the shower.
