Room was small but clean and functional. Fan was broken when I arrived but the front desk was super helpful and got me a new one.

Nice pleace, very near to the central station train. in front of a stop tranvía, market convinience, restaurant an laundry just few Steps.
Main Turistic place at least 5 - 7 minutos by Tranvía.
Staff Reception very Kind.

A nightmare

Without any doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The hotel is located right in front of an intersection where trams pass by.
Contrary to the ill-advised assurances given at reception,
the trams run all day and all night, and when they pass, the room literally shakes—and this was on the third floor.
On top of that, the rooms have no air conditioning. Instead, they provide a rickety old fan—the kind you’d usually find at your grandmother's house.
Given that it was 31°C in Munich in June, you can imagine just how unbearable the situation was: sweltering heat in the room,
the noise of the trams, and the room shaking every time one went by.
Hell on earth.
An ugly room, with one of the bedside lamps conspicuously missing (the piece of tape stuck where the lamp should have been, with "defekt" written on it, was a nice touch).
The bathroom door was all chipped and peeling because, whenever left open, it would bang against the main room door.
Empty minibar. Not even a pen and notepad for writing.
A poor breakfast, with pastries that looked like they’d just been taken out of plastic bags. Waitstaff dressed haphazardly, with no uniforms.
Two nights at the hotel without managing to sleep. That had never happened to me before.

Very clean, helpful staff. Great location. Air conditioning and coffee facilities would have been nice.

Hotel clean, area had a lot of homeless people who were constantly drunk. Location not near centre but handy with tram stop right outside the hotel though. I was disappointed that there was no kettle in the room or alternatively a vending machine in reception selling hot drinks 😕
