Loved my stay, the breakfast was basic so not much to mention here. A very central hotel, with a lot connections to get to where you need to be. Both trams, busses and the subway is almost right outside, and there is also a grocery store, so the area is very nice

I do not recommend. From the receptionist to waiters all staff were rude. The hotel is very old fashioned and not well equipped. The breakfast was unsatisfactory. Although there was 45 minutes to closing, nothing left. They don't refill. Even you can not find bread. It would be better if we did not include breakfast. The only good things were room size and cleaning. Except those everything was below expectation.

A well-located hotel with some issues.
The hotel is located right next to the main train station, and one can easily access the rest of the city by public transportation. The room is clean but pretty basic. The breakfast has a decent selection and the restaurant staff is very efficient. There are a number of issues that are worth mentioning during our stay. First, the internet connection is really slow and spotty at times. The AC will not allow the temperature to go down further after a certain temperature is reached. This means the room could be uncomfortably warm during the summer days. There is a lack of basic amenities such as hand soap when we first checked in. We found the drain of the wash basin was stuck one night and they had to move us to another room, which had a non-working hair dryer. The overall quality does not match the price one pays.

small rooms - poor food - bad parking
Very small rooms , car park underneath had very tight access and my car was marked on the side when i came down in morning .
Breakfast buffet had flies everywhere and was very poor with staff standing over waiting for payment , wouldn’t stay again

Due to the hotel's central location, we have a limited number of parking spaces. While there is a height restriction for the entrance, we often have larger vehicles in our garage. We are happy to offer our valet parking service with an employee.
We are sorry that we were unable to process your cancellation free of charge; unfortunately, it was a non-refundable rate. We understand your exceptional circumstances, however, the hotel was fully booked due to a concert event over the weekend.
