Excellent

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with 2 double rooms.
- Location: elegant neighborhood just outside the center. 20 minutes walk from Kunsthaus.
- Rooms: complete, clean, very bright and pleasant
- Service: professional and kind. In particular we mention Raffaele who welcomed us with sympathy in Italian and was always courteous attentive.
The rooms are also redone in the evening. Room service is instantaneous.
- Breakfast: wonderful
- Garage included
- Location: the hotel has a bar and restaurant. It overlooks the street (not busy) and one on a well-kept inner courtyard. The Spa and gym are modern and super equipped.
For us it was an ideal choice

lovely, old school charm

I rarely leave reviews but this hotel deserves an all thumbs up. The staff have a lovely old school sense of polite and service, I was very impressed.
Thank you for looking after me and I will be back!
Tiny suggestion would be a coffee machine in also the smaller rooms, but then cant fault a lovely person turning up with a tray and a coffee and flowers every morning either :)

We have stayed here twice and love this hotel. The hotel is in a nice residential area with lovely restaurants close by, plus the hotel has a very nice restaurant. The staff is always terrific. Very responsive to emails. I highly recommend.

We loved this hotel. It is located in a neighborhood with lots of trees and by neighborhood gem restaurants filled with locals. Not a tourist spot and we loved that about the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Our choice from now on when in Munich.

The way a hotel for a stay exploring a city should be. Pleasant, prompt, clean, everything works, what doesn’t is immediately taken care of, pure comfort.
We booked hotel Munchen Palace with a bit of reservation. One usually wants to be in the old town, walking distance to everything. But I read the reviews carefully and chose this hotel. I am so glad I did!
I’ll write the only two things that were not absolutely positively perfect (everything else was, A+!
To get to the very center of touristy Munich you’ll need to take a tram or a bus. Easy, convenient, just a few short stops. It was no problem for us at all!
We found ourselves in Munich in the middle of an awful heat wave. What a blessing it was to have a working A/C! Sadly, the poor A/C collapsed in the incredibly hot weather. The whole floor of the hotel was affected. The management realized that they could not fix the A:C by the nighttime and offered us a new (upgraded!) room immediately.
As I wrote these were so called “issues”. Which only confirmed that the hotel is actually perfect.
When we have a chance to come back to Munich, we’ll stay only here.
