Spontaneous booking and very satisfied

We liked the hotel very much. It has a typical Bavarian style, a friendly, family atmosphere, nice, clean rooms with a balcony and offers a
hearty breakfast.
The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
When we needed to extend our stay twice,
Michaela at the front desk was able to help us thanks to her dedication and experience, and a hotel change was not necessary.
Thank you very much again for that!
We will gladly come back anytime we are in Munich.

Good location, very friendly service, pleasant rooms

Friendly staff , attentive and very helpful. Room with plenty of space, large balcony to the quiet garden. Perfect location to the hospital , to the U6 four minutes and then in 20 minutes at Marienplatz / downtown. Quiet location, plenty of infrastructure near post office, supermarket , restaurants

Hotel with distinctive style

The hotel has its own style (e.g. no automated online reservation) and bears the signature of the family. Communication in advance is friendly and professional. Our room was clean, quiet and well equipped. The location of the hotel offers several advantages: Very close to the metro stop Großhadern, close to the university hospital Großhadern and yet nicely quiet. The breakfast is good quality, the choice is sufficient. Breads are good and crispy, the apple juice from our own production. Tip: the restaurant offers depth for advanced eaters and wine drinkers.

Fantastic room with great location close to transport links

Booked a double room for four days and got room 31 which turned out to be a generous o large room. Room 31 has two bathrooms, a toilet and shower and a bathroom with toilet and bathtub. The best thing about this was that we then had a lot of towels all the time!
The room has a sofa that can also be used as a double sofa bed and an armchair. A nice balcony with chairs and table. Fridge! Good comfortable double bed. Asking for room 31 is the tip!
As we are allergic to down, we quickly picked up another pillow.
Staff very hospitable. Breakfast good with most things you need for a long day in a big city.
Metro station Grosshaldern line U6 is around the corner!

Great for a weekend break.

The hotel is situated at the end of U8, about a 15 minute ride from Marienplatz. It’s a 2 minute walk from Großhadern station, it’s really convenient.
It could probably do with a modernisation here and there but the rooms are clean, the shower was fantastic, the staff were great and breakfast was lovely. Thoroughly recommended, and will book again.
