Very disappointing experience.
A member of our company stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Munich, and the conditions were unacceptable for the price paid. The room had no air conditioning and virtually no ventilation during a heat wave of around 40°C, making it impossible to rest after a full day of work.
When he requested a fan at reception, he was simply told that none were available and no alternative solution was offered.
The property's description and rating did not accurately reflect the actual experience. Considering the price paid, the facilities and customer service were far below expectations. We would not recommend this property to business travelers.
