Nice room with everything you need, but keep your phone charged because you need it to open the room door.
You are allowed to stay at the premises after check out which is nice if you have a later flight.
Would definitely go back.

Very first experience for such self-service hotel, even after demand, getting a room with AC, but the lobby and lift without AC, very horrible. The room and bathtoom with total oblique cieling, very compact and pressing for my husband (not so tall, only. 1,89m). The breakfast place is much farer than 5-6 min walk, google indicate 9 min, in hot summer day it is not practical (even the breakfast cafe is really a good quality one). The most important, is, even with the slogan of ecology and so on, no personnel service, no free room clean (such basic service) up to one week, etc, it is terrible. With the same price and the same down town location, I opt the Hotel Isartor just in the face of the same street. So never this one and not recommend it.

A really nice place to stay
Loved the location and the coziness of the place. Bonus points for yoga mat and a big nice towel! The only issue was that it was too hot and the air conditioning was too loud to sleep with it.. However, one of the best experiences I have had staying at the accommodation. I will be back for sure in some of the other cities!

Total disaster
Total disaster. I was booked for eight nights. The air conditioning was broken. A small portable unit was placed in the tiny room, which cooled the room down to a maximum of 27.5 degrees while running loudly (!) continuously at maximum capacity. My request to have the AC repaired or to be provided with another room was ignored by the "call center service."
The room was not cleaned a single time during the eight days; any trash had to be disposed of by oneself. Room cleaning is available upon request once additionally for stays of seven nights or more, but only for an extra charge (!!).
Furthermore, it had apparently rained in before; the window reveal looked very "worn out." It was once a very nice boutique hotel in a central location during h'otello times.
Before the operator objects that they address complaints or requests: no, unfortunately not. There are significantly better alternatives in Munich for the price of the stay.
