Luxurious Feeling, Best Ceviche Ever
The Louis Hotel makes you feel like your living in luxury. The rooms are beautiful, with lovely views. Breakfast had a delicious variety, and the weisswurst came in it’s own small pot to keep it warm. We had the most delicious ceviche we have ever eaten up on the rooftop restaurant, where the atmosphere is very inviting and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service. Great location as well. All in all a great choice in Munich.

Despite checking in early, I was assigned the smallest single room. The shower temperature was often difficult to adjust, and the water pressure was also very low, with only a weak trickle of water coming out. The view from the room was terrible, and there were always pigeons outside the window, constantly cooing. In addition, there was a constant rumbling noise throughout my stay.

Fabulous location!
I chose this hotel for the location and it absolutely ticked the box on that. The hotel itself was quite nice and room a good size and clean. The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the service, or lack of, at reception. Other than that, I’d recommend the hotel for the location.

Wonderful boutique hotel
Overall this is a lovely boutique hotel. We stayed in a very spacious, comfortable room with a pleasing design aesthetic overlooking the Viktualienmakt. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious lunch on the Roof Terrace . The location is perfect.

Good hotel, but cosmetic shortcomings.
We stayed here a couple nights, and overall this was a very good hotel. What pulls a little down was the roof terrace which was a sad place, and the fact that the welcome drinks we got vouchers for at the reception when we arrived were not accepted. Ended up paying, and it wasn't fixed.
Otherwise, the friendly staff at the reception must be highlighted. The room was also good and the breakfast was good.
