This modern Bavarian-style hotel is situated south of the River Isar in Munich, next to Mariahilfplatz square and the German Museum. Just 350 metres from Mariahilfplatz tram stop, it offers good transport connections.

Everything is good
Rooms are clean, large enough for a nice weekend in Munich. The location is great; it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the center. The food and service at the restaurant are excellent, and the beer garden is very nice.
The only downside was that it was relatively warm, and the rooms do not have air conditioning. A fan was available, but it was noisy. The rooms facing the street are a bit loud with the windows open. Problem-solving for next time: book a room facing the courtyard. Otherwise, everything was perfect

herzlichen Dank für Ihre positive Rückmeldung zu Zimmern, Service und unserem Lokal. Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen die Lage und unser gemütlicher Wirtsgarten so gut gefallen haben.
Unser Haus liegt direkt am Mariahilfplatz im Münchner Viertel Au, von wo aus die Isar, das Deutsche Museum und die Innenstadt bequem erreichbar sind – zu Fuß in gut 15 Minuten oder mit dem Bus in wenigen Stationen. Wir verstehen, dass es bei geöffnetem Fenster zur Straßenseite lebhafter sein kann; auf den Verkehr haben wir leider keinen Einfluss.
Eine Klimaanlage gibt es bei uns nicht und eine Nachrüstung ist baulich nicht möglich; alle Zimmer verfügen jedoch über Ventilatoren.
Wir freuen uns, wenn wir Sie bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder begrüßen dürfen.

A convenient stay
Great location
Very hot - no air con
No iron and not many towels
Breakfast was nice but it lacked variety.

We regret that certain aspects did not meet expectations. Our property does not feature air conditioning, and due to the building’s structure this cannot be added; however, each room is provided with a fan for additional comfort.

Good location and value
We rented 2 rooms for our family of 4 and found it to be good value compared to the cost of other nearby hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were quick. We used the parkade parking and the cost was better than advertised at other hotels. The whole hotel
Is tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and we didn’t notice any hallway noise or noise from other rooms. The location was great, 15-20 minutes to walk to the market, restaurants and shopping areas. It was very warm in the room and thankfully a fan was provided to try and get some airflow at night. Having the window open helped but it was hard to sleep with it open after 5:00am due to street noise.

Beautiful very “German” rooms. Sadly no AC but the fan and open windows helped. Great quiet location 15 min from old downtown and other attractions. Friendly staff. 24 hr room service. Restaurant closes Monday and Tuesday. Many small stores and eateries nearby.

Excellent service and very friendly staff.
We are completely satisfied with our stay. The overall service was excellent, and the staff was always very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. One feels immediately welcome and well taken care of. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience – we would love to come back!
