Great place, 5* location

Booked last minute, was ideal location for Oktoberfest and was a lovely 1 bed flat that had extra beds in living room. The owner was very helpful. Location was first rate and has everything I needed close by, train was 100m away. Excellent apartment. Will book here every time I visit Munich as will my family and friends. 5* review from us

Good Value

Apartment was very clean with plenty of room. I will add some photos to help you find the block. The driveway is next door to a hotel with a big green sign. You have to walk to the far end of the driveway past 4 garage doors and the glass door is on the left. The four digit code opens the glass door. There is a lift inside around the corner. There is a key code safe outside you room to access your key.
The key code for the room was wrong and we had to contact the owners to get the correct code.

Great location and apartment, poor customer service

The location is outstanding, about 200m from the nearest underground station, Theresienweise, and close to an excellent Bavarian Bar and Restaurant, Gasthaus Zur Festwiese. Ideal for Octoberfest, which is in the same district, it is a short ride to the city centre and the main sights. The four of us had an apartment for 6, so a couple to each bedroom, and this worked well. The apartment is clean and compact, possibly more compact that would appear in the promotional photos. The only beef was a lack of meet and greet and no follow-up from the organisers. This was irritating as the front entrance was well back from the road and not at all obvious.

Vacanze di Natale

Ho soggiornato dal 26 al 29 con la mia famiglia. Le belle foto ci hanno tratto in inganno .
Servizio completamente inadeguato agli italiani . Nonostante le nostre telefonate ad ( hotels.it) siamo stati abbandonati alle nostre intuizioni .
Appartamento poco pulito :
bagno inguardabile ( lavabo otturato e sporco ) piumone con lenzuolo degli anni 70 , cucinino non fruibile , frigo con odori imbarazzanti ...
La cucina araba ha invaso la nostra privacy.
Rumori perpetui durante la notte.
Lontano da qualsiasi forma di vita :
bar per la colazione a 1,5 km
Ristoranti ... insomma una vera delusione !
Abbiamo pagato molto per avere poco .
