Room in the center of Munich

I’m an Italian student who came to Munich for a three-month work placement. Finding a good place from Italy was not easy, but then I discovered Pension Belo Sono, and everything went perfectly. Martina took care of everything and made me feel at ease from the beginning. The apartment is fully equipped, very comfortable, and spotless. Martina is always available and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
Plus: The location is really good, you are close to everything!

Lovely staff and excellent accommodation for great value!

My partner and I stayed at Pension Belo Sono in a one bedroom apartment in July 2023. The location is perfect, it’s close to the central bus station and many eateries. The apartment is modern, spacious, comfortable beds, extremely clean and light filled. Martina was very friendly on our arrival and provided recommendations for dinner spots. We had an issue with a parcel of souvenirs we were trying to send back to our home in New Zealand, Martina went out of her way and went above and beyond to help us! We so appreciate her willingness to assist us and can’t thank her enough - we couldn’t have got it sorted without Martina’s help! Would not hesitate to book a stay at Pension Belo Sono again!

Spacious, quiet apartment

Really spacious room with shared kitchen, balcony and bathroom. However, we never saw anyone else! It was really quiet too. The street had a great bakery, shop, restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pestered

At first we were accused of smoking g in the room which is something we have never done.the smoking area is beneath our window so we could,my have the Windows open then my wife was accused of putting her cigarettes out in the flower pot outside then we get disturbed every evening for a room check it feels like we are being monitored all the time like naughty little school children

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to write these words after check-out.
We had no idea and feel so sorry you felt disturbed by our daily check-ups. We do them every afternoon before we close the office to make sure guests are fine and windows are closed before it starts raining. We had expensive damages due to open windows last year. It was never our intension to bother you. You could have said something to us while you where staying here.
About smoking we can confirm that housekeeping reported cigarette smoke in your room and we had to remind you, that this is a non-smoking accommodation with penalty fees up to 250 EUR. It was meant to be a reminder as we already had guests ignoring the non smoking policy and others complaining about the smell left in the room after a smoker had checked out.
From what we understand, at least you liked the accommodation and neighborhood. That is something :)

Great location, highly recommended

We stayed here for one night in April.
Great location, 2 minutes walk to the U Bhan, which was 2 stops from the main train station.
Room was very clean and modern, and very quiet at night , nice tv and private sink .
We shared the toilet and shower which was clean and no problems at all.
As a nice touch, there is a kettle and fridge on the landing , ( mugs in too ) with tea /coffee , ( no milk )
Ladies at check in were very pleasant . Would stay here again
