Neustrelitz- Hotel Haegert 1. Wahl!

Even the extremely friendly welcome by hotel manager Mrs. Haegert left a very pleasant impression on us, which extended to our entire stay. The rooms are quiet, clean and aesthetically pleasing despite the central location. In more pleasant weather conditions, the use of the charming courtyard would have been very suitable for relaxation. As a breakfast lover we met an extremely rich, lovingly prepared buffet with a very attentive and pleasantly friendly breakfast waiter.
Thank you very much for this accommodation rounding off our theatre visit and city exploration.

Good for a stopover

Structure a little dated a few hundred meters from the center.It is partly housed in an old grappa factory.
The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Staff very helpful and kind. Not fluent English, but you can understand each other with a few words in German.
Breakfast in the norm, served in a particularly cozy room.
Nice inner courtyard, with tables for a short break.
A space is available to store bikes in the night.

Nein, danke

Insgesamt enttäuschend trotz freundlicher und sehr bemühter Chefin. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht.
Positiv zu erwähnen sind die schalldichten Fenster , ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Straße aber Verkehrsgeräusche waren ausgeblendet.
Das Frühstück war okay.
Absolutes no go: Haare vom Vorgänger in Bad und Zimmer . Föhn und Dusche reinigungsbedürftig. Bettzeug verkehrt herum aufgezogen (Nähte nach außen) als Hinweis auf Nachlässigkeit.
Matratze zu weich/durchgelegen? Der vordere Rand sehr weich und flach. Sobald man sich zur Wand drehte mußte man -gefühlt- einen Berg hochkrabbeln.
WLAN im Zimmer nur tagsüber zu empfangen

Groszügig und unkompliziert

Wir kamen müde und verschwitzt mit den Rädern an: Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, wir bekamen ein grosses ruhiges Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon.
Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel, es hat alles gestimmt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit viel Obst. Die Hotelbesitzerin begrüsste uns und wir kamen in ein sympathisches Gespräch.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses familiäre Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Gute Radlerunterkunft

Ich hatte ein sauberes ruhiges Zimmer. Alles, was man braucht für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise ist vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Einen Punkt Abzug wegen des Frühstücks. Zu wenig Frische, zu viel Convinience.
