Lobby is very small. No stuff on the premises after 18:00. We came to check in after 20:00 and didn't know how to even enter the facility. The instruction on how to check in after hours wasn't provided. Only with the help of local people we were able to contact the person responsible for checking in and enter the hotel. Breakfast is good. No bottled water is provided in room.

Ideal location and perfect accommodation for a weekend stay. The check in was efficient and reception were friendly. The breakfast had a variety of options.
I'd recommend staying here if you are solo or in a couple.

Everything was good (and the breakfast service was excellent); the only extremely minor grievances were the small elevator and small bathroom/shower.

Brilliant team at a great hotel.

The Garden Hotel is brilliantly convenient to see Nuremberg, and is only 5 mins from the U-Bahn. The rooms are comfortable, clean and tidy.
Our main feedback is for the wonderful team who helped with a surprise for our son and his partner and were almost as excited as we were. He loved the breakfast table decorations for his birthday and I loved the simple, tasty food. Also, we were offered a late checkout which was very helpful as both us are a bit creaky.
Very strong recommend.
