Vor kurzem konnten wir durch unseren fränkischen Künstler @FelixPensel zwei weitere Themenzimmer fertigstellen: Einmal als großflächiges Wandmotiv den „Nürnberger Tiergarten“ und einmal ein „fränkisches Bierdeckel-Zimmer“ .

In der Nürnberger Altstadt gibt es aktuell gar nicht mal (mehr) so viele Hotels, wo Hunde noch willkommen sind bzw. der entsprechende Aufpreis nicht alle Maßstäbe sprengt . Da wir bis dato mit den vierbeinigen Begleitern unserer Gäste gute Erfahrung gemacht haben – wollen wir diesen Service auch weiterhin so anbieten.

Great hotel, brilliant location.
Great little hotel. Very close to main train station (10 min walk) and also very close to the old town of Nuremberg. There are plenty of shops, bakeries, restaurants right outside the hotel . The rooms very comfortable and spacious and impeccably clean. Although the lift is small and doesn’t go to all floors we did not have any problems using the stairs which have a beautiful bannister.

Unfortunately, the size of the lift is due to the historic nature of the building; however, from January 2027, we will be carrying out a complete refurbishment of the lift system, so that afterwards you will be able to go directly to all floors . At present, our lift goes directly to the 3rd floor, where you will find the reception, a self-service vending machine and the breakfast room.

In the meantime, we’re of course happy to help carry your luggage if needed, should your room be on the second or fourth floor.

We’re also planning to install a (enclosed) smoking balcony and a kitchenette for self-catering next year.

Family reunion
As always, a clean, modern accommodation. The price-performance ratio is simply right. The location at the beginning of the old town is ideal. The restaurant Literaturhaus across the street is also highly recommended.

Nice little hotel
The hotel is somewhat inconspicuous in the center. The old building is a bit gloomy, but my room was at the back, nicely furnished and clean. I felt comfortable there. The gentleman at the reception was nice and straightforward.
