Quaint charm in the Black Forest valley

The hotel is very quiet and close to nature. The service is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are rustic and surely have many stories to tell from the Black Forest. The terrace offers nice spots to linger. The room is functional, and the Wi-Fi is very good despite the remote location. There are hearty dishes and snacks available. From the hotel, you can take beautiful walks or hikes in the Black Forest.

Quiet Place

What an awesome small hotel! It is very quiet and out of the way. We had a car so it worked well. Perfect spot for Black Forest exploring. The breakfast was amazing and staff very personal.
The evening dinner and desserts were amazing. We asked about where to get a Black Forest and they said they would make us one. It was delicious.

A Black Forest Must

Unfortunately we could only spend one night here, everything about this place is amazing. The family that manage the premises will do anything to help, their food is amazing and the location is second to none. We had to get on the road early the next morning and the manager made a point of waking up early and by the time we came down breakfast was already served and waiting for us. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Black Forrest getaway.

The great black forest experience

Our stay in the Zuwälder-Stüble was really great. It is a cute little guest house in a very quiet valley in the middle of the black forest and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.
The house is decorated in a very traditional style in a very beautiful scenery. There are numerous hicking paths near the hotel.
The breakfast was delicious and the traditional food they offer is very nice...especially the beautiful black forest cake prepared inhouse! They also offer a black forest bacon barbecue, which was delicious too.
We were travelling with our one year old son and we enjoyed every moment.
We will definitely come back!

Great place for a stopover

We stopped here on our way back to The Netherlands and were amazed by this true Black Forrest House. It has nooks and crannies and you have to twist and turn through the hotel to find back your room. We were completely detached from the outside world since non of our phones had any connection and the wifi only worked in one of the two rooms and we really liked feel of it.
The rooms were spacious but the bathrooms a bit outdated. The breakfast was nice as well.
