Beautiful

We have been there several times and it was excellent every time.
The overall package is just right, nice rooms, delicious food, the location with a beautiful view of the mountains, and consistently friendly staff.
In addition, there is the Allgäu Walser Pass, with which you can use several cable cars for free. We will definitely be back!

The location of the Alpe is stunning.

Absolutely quiet and with a magnificent view. The surroundings of the house are very well maintained.
There is, among other things, a beautiful sunbathing area, a playground, and a lovely beer garden spread over several terraces. You can also go hiking directly from the house. You can also go hiking directly from the house.
We had a "normal" double room with a modern bathroom and a small terrace. The very good breakfast and the exceptionally friendly service staff in the restaurant are worth mentioning. The house, designed in an elegant/rustic style, was very pleasant; however, I found the price for the room too high, and the prices in the restaurant are also on the higher end. I was bothered that the slice of bread with soup or salad is charged extra.

Very nice hotel near Oberstdorf

Weir seeks peace and relaxation has the perfect destination here. Beautiful location and views. Great rooms and great staff.
I was there for the first time but certainly not the last time.

Alpe Dornach is always a very good address. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, very good cuisine. We will come back.

Very good but price adjustments not OK

I have been going to Alpe Dornach for a few years and feel very comfortable there. But what really bothers me is the pricing, which has changed increasingly over the years. I find the prices for the rooms and suites very high. If it goes on like this every year, next year will be my last holiday on the Alpe. At some point, it just won't work.
