Okay but VERY HOT

We stayed in the Alicante Apartment which was on third floor (attic) - it’s a nice apartment with everything that you need. Although it doesn’t come with a kitchen (which is clear when you book) you get a coffee machine, kettle, a cooking stove and a toaster which is enough to have breakfast. The only downside is how HOT the apartment gets - there is a fan but it doesn’t really do much. Bed is also unfortunate and one of the main windows doesn’t have a blind. Combining hotness, bright room and uncomfortable bed - you don’t get a good sleep which might spoilt your day if going to the parks the next morning. Good location and value for money.

Hellish nights. Not to be done

The apartment was fine. Beds good too. Location to Europapark also doable.
However, the blood and blood was hot in the apartment. Not to do it. When a few times asking for a fan eventually got one more. But sleeping was really HELL!!!!!!
No for us certainly not another x books at this complex. Also wbt the outside are not really inviting.
There are certainly better resting accommodations for that money
The hostess was only quick for the payments

Absolutely unprofessional

The key was not in the key box!! We opened it with access code given but it was empty. We called both phone numbers provided more than 10 times but no one answered. We stood after 10pm with the child without room to sleep and then had to be home 2.5 hours at night. Our plan to visit Strasbourg on Sunday after Rulantica on Saturday was cancelled and we were exhausted. I only got a reply from the operator on Monday, because there was an “administrative error” and an “overbooking”. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable! My claim for compensation for unexpected night driving and cancelled Strasbourg trip was simply ignored by this store.

The worst experience I have ever had

Rude and irresponsible landlady. We spent two hours trying to call her because she didn't give us the code to enter the room. She hung up the phone in our faces and never responded and even blocked us since we couldn't even contact her by message.

Near Europapark

Easy to access, near Europapark. Nice apartment - bedrooms but lacks a kitchen. Not very pleasant to go and clean the coffee cups in the bathroom. The rooms are spacious. Very nice terrace. Ideal place to spend 2 days to go to Europapark.
