The Pension am Park in Rust is located directly opposite the entrance to Europa-Park (approx. 50 m) and is therefore ideal for guests who want to visit Europa-Park or the Rulantica water park.

Everything perfect
This hotel is the ideal solution if you want to visit the park, as the entrance is located right in front of the ticket control, also excellent the possibility to park the car without any surcharge. There is also a small market with everything you need, until 10 pm you can also order freshly prepared pizza. The hotel has large and very modern rooms, the breakfast is standard but still good with ample savory proposals and some sweet, mainly cakes.

NEVER AGAIN
Self check in did not work. Beds are too hard. Just a charging station for electric cars. Which was permanently documented by the same cars (plug was not connected by the way). After the complaint the car was still standing which prevented me from charging myself and the return journey took much longer.
The worst was that my son (10 years) forgot his wallet in room 502 with 280Euro (al his saved pocket money) in the left bedside cabinet and the staff could not find it.... . .. Thank you to the hotel for this negative experience for my son and me.

Hallo timtW1091KN, wir sind immer offen und dankbar für konstruktive Kritik, weshalb wir uns gerne zu den genannten Punkten äußern möchten.
Das Empfinden von Weiche- bzw. Härtegrade einer Matratze ist immer indivuell unterschiedlich, bei Bedarf und auf Anfrage bieten wir gerne Topper an. Da du dich nicht gemeldet hast, konnten wir dir hier nicht weiterhelfen.
Es gibt bei uns 2 Ladestationen. Wir bitten Gäste, sobald sie diese nicht mehr nutzen, auch frei zugeben, allerdings sind wir auch hier auf die Mithilfe der Gäste angewiesen und können nicht mehr tun, als die Gäste darum zu bitten und anzurufen. Dies haben wir getan. Wir bedauern, dass der Gast dann nicht weggefahren ist.
Ihr Sohn kam bereits an die Information und erwähnte ggü. unserem Mitarbeter, dass er den Geldbeuten auch evtl. im Park verloren haben könnte. Wir nehmen Fundsachen-Anfragen ernst und haben mit allen Mitarbeitern gesprochen, die an diesem Tag im Einsatz waren. Wir verweisen darauf, dass die Beweislast über eingebrachte Wertgegenstände beim Gast liegt, damit ein Haftungsanspruch geltend gemacht werden kann.
Deinen Ärger verstehn wir und wissen dein Feedback entsprechend einzuordnen.

Lackluster property designed to make money and nothing else.
We booked two rooms in one booking, at the same time, because we are traveling with 3 kids and their grandmother. What we got was two rooms in different buildings. Going from one to the other required to leave one building, walk along the road for a minute, and go back in through another entrance. It is absolutely unacceptable to separate families this far apart.
The rooms are spartan. No chair, no table, albeit clean. The location is the only plus, since Europapark is right across the road.
The property has a "supermarket" that only sells pizza, sweets and drinks. The whole town gathers here, with rows of cars in fron of the building with their warning lights on and their engibes running, because it is the only shop selling alcohol after the park closes. It does not help with the atmosphere, which is alltogether lacking anyway.
The staff is just about friendly enough to not be rude.
The property is setup for maximun profit, not for convenience.
Not recommended for families with more than 4 people. We will certainly not book this accommodation again.

Very satisfied
A few steps from the main entrance of Europa Park, but very quiet and friendly reception from reception. Spacious and spacious rooms that are very clean. Shower/WC also clean and with plenty of space.
