Nice hotel and very friendly staff!

We loved our stay!
We were in town few days and from the moment we arrived staff was so pleasant and friendly!The rooms were clean,good size,washrooms clean,the check-in service really good.Breakfast very good and location of hotel is excellent!Will stay again there for sure!

Lots of space in the apartments

The hotel has both hotel rooms and apartments. We had an apartment. A bit dated, but fine! Lots of space and everything is there. We were in September and I think it was already the end of the season. The terrace/bar only opened after 5 p.m., so it took some effort to get a drink. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the menu is okay. We did not have breakfast there

Worth repeating!

Super friendly people, nothing is too much!!! Neat rooms, clean and spacious… Good location, lots of places to sit, both inside and outside. Extensive breakfast, neatly arranged! Dinner option, ample selection and good quality. All in all highly recommended!!!

Very nice hotel in the Eifel

Excellent (price reasonable) hotel with very clean functional rooms. Breakfast and meals were very good. Also flyfished (Brown trout/Grayling) on the Kyll river in town nearby. Daily passes can be purchased at the local Aral Gas Station. Beautiful river but water level can be high in early October.The owner Sabine and his wife were incredibly helpful. Clothes can be dropped off and washed next door at Washerette. Will stay there again.

Good value for money

This is a quiet, well located hotel.
The room was clean and the bed is great (adjustable in al directions :-).
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice.
In general...you get what you pay for and a bit more.
