Eating well in a maritime atmosphere - what more needs ?

Wonderful maritime restaurant. Excellent cuisine. Nice ambience. Friendly staff. Nice prices. Delicious roast potatoes and homemade carrot coleslaw. We have been there many times and will come back !!
The Matjes are a treat !!

Always happy

We were welcomed friendly by a very nice young waiter, the order was received quickly, the food was very good, fish and meat, price performance was right, so highly recommended. Overall a very nice atmosphere, always happy.

Restaurant Essen: Plaice slightly salted , fried potatoes oily spongy. The food lukewarm.
Service excellent and very attentive. Complaints from individual group participants dripped off the cook. Justification: "this is how we have been "cooking" for many years!?,"

An honest flounder

If you value good regional cuisine with excellent fish and do not let the maritime authentic sounds disturb you, please!
I enjoyed the wonderfully fried flounder with fried potatoes, which I suppose were made from raw potatoes. Very successful!
The serving lady was reasonably accommodating for the region.
I'll definitely be back.

Not again..

It was worth considering a cheaper place to stay. The location is great. And that's where it ends. The breakfast is average. The room is mediocre and accessible via back stairs with the charm of the time the house was built. The second advantage is the not so cheap parking space behind the house.
