An all-round good hotel that is recommended we stayed 5 days in the hotel

View of Mosel

Very friendly staff who goes up to whether you have a good experience. For example, we had a little difficulty finding rental of electric bikes, but the staff managed without any problems.
Rooms are nice and clean. We stayed at one facing the Mosel (with the beautiful view) and the "main road" in Urzig. But there's not much traffic. We ate a few nights at the restaurant, one must remember to book a seat, because it is good food

A gem on the Moselle

Small family hotel, very professionally managed. We cannot think of a single criticism: the entire building was spotless, the customer friendliness of the entire team was exceptional: our wishes were fulfilled almost before we had expressed them. We stayed there for a week half-board. The breakfast was of very good quality, balanced and with delicious, fresh rolls. The 3-course dinner was super tasty, varied and more than sufficient! We stayed in an extremely comfortable apartment/suite in the new building on the 2nd floor. This hotel is great! There was a sign at the hotel with the following text: 'Wir kochen für Sie mit regionalen Produkten, Zeit und Liebe!'. That promise was fully fulfilled and the philosophy of sweet service was extended in all areas! Thank you very much to Mrs. Renate Schäfer and the entire team for giving us such a nice stay, it was a real pleasure to be your guest!❤️
