Visit that was worth it

HARMONY stands for a beautiful house with great Mood.
Very nice and courteous staff, generous breakfast buffet, very well maintained rooms, decoration with great attention to detail.

An absolutely delightful boutique hotel overlooking the shores of Lake Muritz, and in the Old-Town area of Waren close to all amenities, restaurants, shops etc. Originally built as a young-ladies 'Finishing School' in the late 1800's, the hotel is full of period-atmosphere and history, and the decor and furniture reflects this. Our room was a really good size, and also had a period sofa, desk and coffee table, as well as a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast was a real treat of home-made and local produce, along-with cereals, muesli, breads etc. The owners speak very little English, but with my school-boy German (or Google-Translate would also work), they couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful with advice. The small additional charge for car-parking is very good value for Waren, where on-street charges can be quite expensive. If you are looking to stay in Waren and would like personal service, friendliness and a beautiful hotel with charm and history, then this is your place! (Note the opening hours of the reception desk - the hotel is unable to take late arrivals, which you should plan around.)

Cosy hotel with great breakfast

Very appealing and tastefully decorated hotel in a central location.
Quiet, clean and adequately sized room with large bathroom. Air conditioning would have increased the feel-good effect.
The rich and varied breakfast is simply good!
Both vegetarians and non-vegetarians will get their money's worth.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel's own parking lot is not overpriced at € 10.00 per day. Bicycles and e-bikes can be parked free of charge in a secure garage.

Excellent location, right at the historic center. Spacious, stylishly decorated room. The highlight of our visit was the excellent breakfast buffet, with lovingly prepared from our own kitchen. That there is a hotel garni, i.e. Without own restaurant is not disturbing at all, as the offer in goods is very large.

Good hotel with small quirks

The first impression was bad before. You get to the reception, which is in the basement and there is a leather armchair all worn out, the leather broken in the backrest. That doesn't make a good impression.
The rooms were ok from the size but the bathroom much too dark, make-up was unthinkable. Through the street in front of the house it was also quite noisy at night.
The breakfast was fine, except the baked rolls, which is not possible at a 4-star hotel. They always crumbled. The coffee machine was their sanctuary, you weren't even allowed to take the tea water, so you became
already pointed out that you have no place on the machine.
Really nice was the location, you are immediately in the city and the port is also
Not far. There was also parking for every room, which was very good.
The staff were friendly.
