Schönes kleines Hotel im Zentrum
Gute Und ruhige Lage zum Einkaufen in der Stadt
Parkplatz kostenlos aber ca 500 m entfernt.
Internet war leider defekt.
Das Frühstück war ausrechend und gut hergerichtet.
Für den pre ließ das Frühstück keine Wünsche offen.
Die Zimmer sind jedoch recht klein.

In an emergency, yes.
We were here during our cycling trip. The hotel stands out by communicating with guests via notes. How breakfast works, where to park the bikes, and how the keys work. What a pity. With the location, one actually thinks it is centrally located, but the pedestrian zone of WHV is quite dead; that should not be forgotten.
The hotel could win an award for the most minimalist breakfast buffet in Germany....

The worst hotel we've ever stayed in
The hotel is very old, it is not clean and you don't see a staff member either. All the data of the guests and room keys of the booked rooms are simply available at the reception.
In the booking confirmation we received a list of breakfast times. Partly was also covered in the breakfast room and jam and co were available, but nothing more. After half an hour of waiting, we finally reached someone via the phone number given at the front door. We got the information that in winter there is no breakfast. By car the hotel is rather inconvenient, but if you arrive by train or bus, the proximity to the train station would certainly be positive.

Sehr unzufrieden
Sehr schlechtes, und unprofessionell geführtes Hotel. Rezeption nur sporadisch besetzt. Einzelzimmer( Nr. 16) so klein wie ein Abstellraum, deshalb werden sie bestimmt auf der Website nicht aufgeführt,
Kein WLAN im Zimmer, sondern nur im Umkreis des Einwahlortes(Rezeption),Fernseher geht während des Betriebs aus, stechender und beißender Geruch in Zimmer 33, ausserdem keine Verdunkelung, nach Bitte um Zimmerwechsel noch kleineres Einzelzimmer bekommen, das Badezimmer war noch kleiner als in Zimmer 33, (man kann sich im Bad nicht richtig bewegen), 400 Meter zum Parkplatz, Frühstück sehr überschaubar. Sollten eigentlich 2 schöne Aufenthaltstage werden, leider ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt.

Für einen Kurztrip zu empfehlen!
Das junge Team war sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich umfangreich und ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Das von uns bewohnte Zimmer war zweckmäßig möbliert, leider außer der Betten nur zwei einfache Stühle und ein mini Schreibtisch.
Das Bad mit Dusche und Toilette ist ebenfalls zweckmäßig, aber sehr klein.
Wilhelmshaven ist kein besonders schöner Ort außer der Umgebung des Südstrandes aber durch die netten Siele in der mehr oder weniger weiten Umgebung, die man schnell erreicht, gibt es viel typisch ostfriesisches zu entdecken.
Ein Abstecher nach Bremerhaven ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen, denn auch hier gibt es sehr viel Interessantes zu entdecken.
