The hotel is quite nice with a view of mount Lycabettus. Balcony was super big, but the sun protecting umbrella was broken. I wish we could sit outside and still have shade.
Room service is good, but sadly the toilets were left untouched. Please be aware that the reception is not 24x7 available. Our check-in was a disaster, as there was no one to be found at the desk, other guests staying in the hotel had to let us in. The hotel card stopped working after a few days. Luckily I was in the room at the time and let my partner into the hotel. Later the guy at the reception "reprogrammed" it and it started worked again. The staff and the reception is very friendly. The location is very central though and easily reachable with buses. Downside of it being constantly loud - the rooms have zero isolation. You could hear someone next door. So be prepared to be woken up with random voices nearby.
Apparantly there is a bar inside of the hotel which is never open. You can buy snacks and drinks all round the clock from a vending machine. Worth the price if you want to experience Athens less chaotic unlike the city centre.

Ask for room with a shower.
This hotel is accessible to the train station to the airport and port by train. A few blocks walk.
There is little to no staff here. We checked in late and our key was left at the room door and were were buzzed in by some remote process. We are in the 7th floor and have the entire top floor. First impression was wow - what a big room. The patio wraps around the whole building. But then I couldn’t get the air conditioner on. Then I realized that there is no shower in the room. Only a bathtub. It is very hard to wash your hair and shave in a bathtub. There is a sprayer but it’s only handheld and you have to be sitting for it to reach the top of your head. If you like tubs - this is the perfect tub. But I don’t.
Then once I got the air on, I couldn’t raise the temp or turn it off. Our room was very cold.
My friends have another room with a shower and no ac problem.
Generally clean and amenities are nice. The neighborhood seems sketchy because of the litter and graffiti everywhere, but we had no problems walking around. It’s just very dark from the hotel for several block. We had to get our cell phones out to even see the sidewalk.

The front desk person is almost never there. They close I think around 5-6pm their time. And it says there is 24/7 customer service and that’s not true. I tried to call the number that was on the front desk for help and a lady answered and it was like I woke her up. She was no help, asked me if she can go back to sleep and even hung up on me. To top all of that off me and my wife were told my may locals that we were located in the ghetto. Definitely felt as such. I would not recommend this hotel to any tourists or even any locals. Never go here!
