BEDBUGS!

I have seen a bedbug one other time in my life. I had a feeling I might see one after arriving. It was large, red and flat and crawling on the bed I was about to sleep on. I trapped it in tape and brought it to the reception. When I checked out, they told me to be careful as I might be carrying. I asked them if they would like me to give a review. They repeated what they said and I laughed.

Bad experience

Never stay for more than one night!
The location is excellent in the center of Athens and very close to the métro. And the price is cheap too.
It’s an old building, not very clean. I saw some insects in my room, I didn’t have the courage to take a shower.
The AC doesn't work properly
I’m ready to pay a bit more and have a better service.

Scary!!!!

Had to find somewhere to stay quick and cheap in an emergency! Quick and cheap it was but you have to be a very hardened backpacker to stay here and don't recommend if you are solo female. €60 for 2 nights is cheap but the conditions are dire.
The sheets were clean but no towels and for a little more on booking sites you can get sooooo much more. There was to and air con so was impressed with that. Furniture falling to bits and shelf in bathroom broke when I put my toothbrush on it. The pictures provided make it look much nicer than it was.
Would not stay again out of choice but for travelling couples and groups cutting down costs and literally only want a roof and not much more over your heads it'll do the trick.

My friend and me had booked a double room a month in advance and the night in which we were supposed to get there they cancelled our reservation already paid.
The ladies or whoever is managing the bookings told us to come over to find another solution but while we were getting there , someone else from the same hotel called saying that it was our mistake and that they weren't going to look for another place to spend the night.
Anyway we went there, a guy was waiting for us. He gave us the money back and sent us to another hotel.

WORST PLACE EVER

Honestly, I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. The hostel was incredibly dirty and riddled with bed bugs. I currently have bed bug bites all over my body and even a week on, I am still suffering for it. When I returned to the hostel to advise the receptionist he basically said 'What do you want me to do about it?'. No apologies, nothing.
For the sake of your comfort DO NOT STAY HERE! It is not worth the low price.
