Great hotel in Athens Excellent location friendly staff clean rooms and very good value for money

We had a really good stay here and it exceeded our expectations for the price
Great spot close to the metro and lively areas so we walked almost everywhere
The room was clean with a comfortable bed and the AC worked perfectly
Highly recommended if you want an affordable place in Athens

FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE

I stayed at this hotel on June 15th and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The room had a strong and constant sewer smell, poor ventilation, and overall conditions that did not match the photos online.
I couldn’t sleep and contacted Booking.com at 3:00 AM, asking for urgent help with a rebooking. That was when I needed their support — but I received no reply, and the customer service phone line wasn’t working either.
Since I didn’t get any assistance, I had no choice but to book a new hotel myself for June 16–20, which cost me €396.80.
I do not recommend this hotel unless serious improvements are made. My stay was uncomfortable, and I had to cover extra costs alone due to the lack of support.

Look for something else...

Very old hotel with small rooms and old furniture... sanitary items cracked, wi fi slow and breakfast polite unacceptable...

AC wouldn't work, shower is tiny, but staff was great and room was clean. Easy walking distance to everything but neighborhood is loud and graffiti is everywhere.
